Facial Rejuvenation
Facelift, neck lift, cheek augmentation, and eyelid surgery — addressed individually or in combination to refresh the face without making it look operated on. The right plan depends on your anatomy, and I will walk you through the options at consultation.
What to expect with your facial rejuvenation.
Facial aging happens in layers, and so does facial rejuvenation. The skin loses elasticity, the underlying tissue shifts downward, the cheekbones flatten, the upper eyelids start to droop, and the jawline softens. Each of those is its own procedure, and most patients benefit from a combination rather than a single one.
A facelift addresses the deep tissue layers — skin, underlying tissue, and muscle together — which is why the results look natural rather than tight. The goal is always the same: you look like yourself, refreshed. Not like someone who had surgery.
A neck lift tightens the platysma muscle and removes excess neck skin to restore a clean, defined jawline. Incisions sit behind the ears and, when needed, under the chin where they are not visible. For patients with excess fat under the chin, liposuction is commonly performed at the same time.
Cheek augmentation uses fat transfer — your own tissue, harvested through liposuction — to restore midface volume and cheekbone definition. I do not use implants here; fat transfer gives precise control and the result looks and feels natural.
Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) removes the excess skin, fat, and puffiness that makes you look tired even when you are not. Upper, lower, or both lids can be addressed. Incisions sit in the natural crease of the upper lid or just inside the lower lid, so external scarring is minimal to none. In cases where drooping upper lid skin blocks peripheral vision, the procedure can also improve the visual field.
These four procedures complement each other and the recoveries overlap, so combining two or three in one surgery is common. At your consultation we map out which of them your anatomy actually needs — never more than that.
